Amazon Key Account Manager, FR (H/F)

At Dyson, our Owners are at the centre of everything we do. As an E-Commerce Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring exceptional experiences across our accounts, driving growth and performance, and taking care of our shoppers and owners.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years’ experience as an Amazon Key Account Manager
• Proven skills in forecasting, promotional planning, budget management, merchandising, and negotiations
• Experience navigating matrixed organizations and aligning with global/regional brand guidelines
• Commercial focus with a solution-oriented, proactive mindset and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills to engage internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders
• Sharp eye for detail, particularly in digital settings, with a track record of consistent execution
• Adaptability and a collaborative, low-ego attitude to work seamlessly between strategic and operational tasks
