Head of Production Engineering

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Production Engineering to lead our global production engineering function. This role is critical in driving the industrialisation and scale-up of high-tech consumer products through a network of internal factories, Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and Joint Development Manufacturers (JDMs).

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing engineering, and production engineering leadership experience, with a minimum of 2 years’ operating at department head of Director level.
• Lead mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering teams globally.
• Develop and execute production strategies aligned with product roadmaps.
• Oversee NPI from EVT to MP, ensuring DFM, DFT, DFC principles are applied.
• Manage FAT, SAT, EVT, DVT, and PVT across all sites.
• Build strong technical relationships with CMs and JDMs.
• Drive capital equipment strategy and factory readiness across geographies.
• Implement Six Sigma and lean practices to improve yield, OEE, and cost.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
