Requirements

• Become the trusted contact person for Dyson products, understanding their features and benefits precisely and conveying their unique value to customers.
• Create a warm, personalized experience for every customer and every customer, actively engaging with their needs and supporting informed decisions.
• Present and demonstrate Dyson technology actively and captivatingly, showcasing its key features so that customers are left in awe.
• Ensure the sales floor is always clean, tidy, and visually appealing, presenting Dyson products from their best side.
• Monitor stock levels, support restocking, and address discrepancies quickly to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Work closely with Dyson colleagues and external trade partners to offer customers and customers a seamless, first-class shopping experience.
