As a Retail Expert at Dyson, you will be at the forefront of promoting and inspiring Dyson's mission, bringing cutting-edge technology to life and creating a warm, personalized experience for every customer.

Requirements

• Become the trusted point of contact for Dyson products by understanding their features and benefits and communicating their unique value to customers.
• Create a warm, personalized experience for every customer and actively engage with their needs and supporting them in making informed decisions.
• Present and demonstrate Dyson technology actively and engagingly, showcasing its key functions to leave customers amazed.
• Ensure that the sales floor is always clean, tidy, and visually appealing, presenting Dyson products from their best side.
• Monitor inventory, support restocking, and quickly resolve discrepancies to ensure a smooth operation.
• Work closely with Dyson colleagues and external trade partners to offer every customer a seamless, first-class shopping experience.
