Job Description
The Simulation Engineer will perform static, dynamic, and structural thermal-mechanical analyses, drive design decisions using credible simulation methods, and collaborate closely with Design Engineers. The role requires a Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Material Science, or equivalent, with 2+ years' experience in mechanical product analysis and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Material Science, or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in mechanical product analysis and development
- Proficient in CAD/CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS, Moldflow, Abaqus)
- Strong understanding of solid mechanics and material strength
- Experience with FEA automation or machine learning is a plus
- Familiarity with measurement and data acquisition tools (e.g., B&K Pulse, strain gauge, MATLAB, Labview)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk identification skills
