Job Description
E-INFRA, a key group within the Energiewirtschaft, is seeking a HR Business Partner to align human resources policies with business objectives. The role involves consultancy, HR initiative support, and organizational development, ensuring effective processes and fostering a positive work culture. It primarily focuses on strategic projects and employee relations.
Requirements
- University degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Economics preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of HRBP, HR Generalist, or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of labour legislation
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Solution-oriented mindset and strategic thinking
- Advanced MS Office skills, HRIS knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent English
