Job Description
e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a VP of Creative to lead all aspects of creative development, from concept to execution. This role focuses on brand direction, messaging, and content creation across all consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, collaborative leader, and passionate storyteller.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership roles
- Proven ability to concept and execute 360° brand campaigns across digital, retail, social, and experiential channels
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, high-impact creative work
- Demonstrated experience leading and inspiring multidisciplinary creative teams
- Deep understanding of creative production processes
- Skilled in maintaining and evolving brand identity
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects
