Gametime is seeking a VP, Creative to lead their creative strategy, execution, and operations across all channels, including direct response advertising, brand campaigns, and social media. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in direct response advertising, social platforms, and performance marketing, with a passion for live events, sports, and music. They will lead a world-class creative function that delivers content and campaigns as impactful and unforgettable as the live events they power.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading creative across social, digital, and video platforms in fast-growing consumer brands or digital-first businesses
- Proven track record producing high-performing direct response ads and scaling creative that drives measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of social platforms, performance marketing, and the dynamics of scroll-stopping creative
- Passion for live events, sports, and music — with cultural fluency and authenticity in speaking to fans
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional creative teams, agencies, and large-scale productions
- Excellent storytelling chops: able to translate brand strategy into creative that inspires, connects, and converts
- Strong creative instincts paired with a test-and-learn mindset grounded in data and results
- Passion and curiosity for how AI can augment and elevate creative work, with a thoughtful perspective on deploying it responsibly to avoid brand or audience backlash
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization
