Job Description
e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an exceptional Search Specialist to join their innovative digital team as a Resident GEO/AEO AI Search expert. The role focuses on balancing SEO execution with AI-driven insights, managing brand visibility, and preparing for future discoveries. The position involves using advanced Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) technologies to drive digital marketing strategies and enhance brand discovery across all digital platforms.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in SEO, AI-driven search, or digital optimization (agency or in-house).
- Expertise in technical SEO, GEO, AEO, and ASO.
- Deep understanding of modern web technologies.
- Skilled in tools like Screaming Frog, Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, SEMRush, SimilarWeb, Conductor, or LLM-supported tools.
- Experience working cross-functionally in matrix environments.
- Strong data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills.
