Job Description
Goodie AI is seeking a GEO/AEO Manager to advise enterprise brands on how to optimize their visibility across AI search and LLMs. This is a new discipline focused on strategic leadership, translating data into actionable frameworks, and helping clients stay ahead of competitors. The role requires a strategic and analytical mindset with a passion for AI and LLMs.
Requirements
- 4+ years in SEO, content strategy, search marketing, or growth roles (AEO/GEO experience a major plus).
- Proven record of designing strategies that drive measurable growth and visibility.
- Ability to think at both the technical (structured data, AI crawlers, entity SEO) and strategic (brand narrative, growth) levels.
- Comfort leading enterprise client relationships with authority, clarity, and trust.
- Intellectual curiosity about how AI systems interpret, prioritize, and present information.
- A knack for simplifying technical concepts into frameworks executives and marketers can use.
