We are E WIE EINFACH GmbH, a energy provider with a seat in Cologne, looking for a Customer Service Team Lead Energy to lead an in-house customer service team of energy specialists who help our customers with all issues.
Requirements
- Multi-year leadership experience (min. 2 years) in B2C service, whether in-house or with a service provider
- Experience with energy-related topics is beneficial but not mandatory
- Very good German and good English language skills in word and writing
- Security in handling customer-relevant situations and a clear, reliable communication style
- A structured working method and the willingness to make decisions and drive topics forward
- Experience with agile working methods and/or participation in agile projects is beneficial
