Job Description
E-Space is seeking an experienced Composites Manufacturing Engineer to join their team and support the development, scale-up, and optimization of advanced composite structures for aerospace applications. The role focuses on composite manufacturing processes, tool development, and process improvement within a fast-paced production environment. E-Space is bridging Earth and space to enable hyper-scaled deployments of IoT solutions and services.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and optimize composite manufacturing processes (layup, cure, bonding, trimming, machining, and assembly).
- Translate engineering requirements into robust manufacturing work instructions and tooling concepts.
- Collaborate with design engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability, repeatability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct process development trials and lead root cause analysis for non-conformances.
