Job Description
E-Space is a space-based communications company aiming to bridge Earth and space, creating hyper-scaled deployments of IoT solutions and services. They are looking for an EHS Engineer to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace through proactive risk identification and mitigation. The role will involve hazard assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement of safety programs.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct hazard assessments, risk analyses, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor industrial hygiene and recommend engineering or administrative controls.
- Manage safety documentation, audits, and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics and near-miss trends.
