Job Description
E-Space is a company bridging Earth and space, focused on developing and deploying IoT solutions for high-scale deployments. They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to identify and attract technical talent. The role involves full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing and building a pool to building rapport with hiring managers, and ensuring candidate experience. They prioritize a proactive, inquisitive, and effective approach to talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter in the satellite, space, aerospace & defense or semiconductor industries
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
- Familiarity with AI based sourcing tools, Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practice candidate attraction techniques (e.g. social media sourcing and / or Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a solid understanding of HR and compliance practices and labor legislation
