Job Description
Inversion is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for technical positions, specifically in the aerospace sector. Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record of hiring top engineering and technical talent from level I up to Director level.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting in the aerospace sector – familiarity with the unique demands, roles, and talent pools within the industry.
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring teams and drive results.
