Infrastructure Project Manager

A senior-level Delivery Manager supporting SCE'S Continuous Technology Modernization Simplification (CTMS) program is needed to oversee end-to-end planning and execution of modernization initiatives.

Requirements

• Partnering with a product owner to learn customer needs.
• Prioritizing the backlog and reviewing user stories.
• Focusing on delegating authority and fostering self-organization among team members to create added value for the project.
• Solving roadblocks and issues when the team can't see a way out.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• Possessing seven to ten years of project management experience.
• Driving project schedules, facilitating due-diligence and design sessions, managing risks and dependencies, reviewing and approving solution documentation, coordinating vendors and MSPs, and ensuring milestones are met.
• Maintaining clear communications across stakeholders, ensuring issues and opportunities are escalated appropriately, supporting business-case development, and enabling consistent governance and delivery practices across CTMS activities to keep all workstreams synchronized and moving toward execution readiness.
