The Project Manager will manage five or more complex projects at a time, providing management oversight, travel within the southern California territory, and reporting to client office locations and the company HQ.
Requirements
- Manages project scope, budget, timelines, and resources during the lifespan of the project.
- Provides management oversight across multiple simultaneous projects or project tracts within a Program.
- Operates in a business or technical environment, using analytical and evaluative techniques.
- Provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and support the project forecasting, stakeholder communications, tracking and management of issues and risks, and project close-out.
- Develop, approve, and apply necessary process improvements to a workflow process for a project.
- Performs scenario development, feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
- Drive towards continuous improvements in performance and ongoing efficiencies.
- Own and deliver comprehensive project deliverables in a structured and punctual manner.
