Senior Product Designer

eAgronom is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive experiences for farmers, enabling them to embrace sustainability. The role involves designing user-centred solutions, conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and iterating on the design system to make capturing and understanding agricultural data simple, motivating, and meaningful, ultimately helping farmers accurately report their climate actions and earn rewards.

Requirements

• Experienced product designer with 5+ years of experience in creating clear, intuitive, and elegant user interfaces, primarily for the web (mobile is a plus).
• Experience working on projects with numerous data points, making the information easy to enter and understand for non-technical users.
• Empathetic and collaborative team player who takes initiative and is driven to understand users’ real-world challenges.
• Skilled at balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• A strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in designing and prototyping in Figma.
• A portfolio showcasing strong problem-solving skills, design impact, and visual craft.
• Curious and growth-minded, always looking to learn and stay ahead of trends in the design field.
• Fluent in English and comfortable collaborating in a remote, global environment.
