ClimatePartner is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Product Design Team in Berlin. The role focuses on creating impactful digital products that contribute to climate action, collaborating cross-functionally from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will own the full design process and drive the integration of strategic and operational design work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Proficiency in user research, interaction design, and visual execution
- Experience with a Design System
- Strategic thinking and measurable outcomes
- Passion for climate action
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
