Job Description
EarnIn is a pioneering, fully accessible financial platform for people with financial needs. They are seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to drive strategic analyses, improve the product experience, and contribute to the Machine Learning Engineering team. The role involves experimenting, monitoring metrics, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in product analytics/data science in a B2C role
- Product sense and intuition
- Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments
- Expert skillset in SQL and Python/R
- Practical knowledge of state-of-the-art experimentation tools
- Practical knowledge of machine learning techniques
- Ability to extract insights from large data sets
- Curiosity and passion for analytical problems
- Experience in Fintech is a bonus
