Job Description
EarnIn is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to join their team and help them grow. This full-time role involves analyzing data, conducting experiments, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive improvement and growth. The position offers opportunities in multiple areas, including product growth, retention, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 6+ years of experience in product analytics/data science
- Expertise with SQL and Python/R
- Ability to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests
- Experience with Periscope, Tableau, Databricks, Amplitude, and/or Optimizely is a plus
