Job Description
Earth Force is developing cutting-edge technology to combat wildfires, focused on fuels reduction and forest thinning. They are looking for a Backend Engineer to shape the product architecture, build and maintain cloud platforms, and develop web and mobile applications. The team is small, nimble, and values diversity.
Requirements
- BA in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years as a backend engineer using Python
- Demonstrable experience working on projects involving multiple DBs and microservices architecture in a Cloud environment
- Strong DevOps skills
- 2+ years experience in cloud platform management using terraform
- 2+ years working with Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD tools
- Experience with system monitoring and alerting tools
