Associate Attorney, Clean Energy Program

Earthjustice is seeking an Associate Attorney to support the Clean Energy Program in California. The role focuses on advocating before the California Public Utilities Commission, supporting energy-related work, and building coalitions to advance grid modernization and decarbonization. This is a hybrid position based at their San Francisco headquarters with regular in-person attendance.

Requirements

• Law school graduate with 0-3 years of legal experience and admission to the California Bar (or eligible for admission).
• Demonstrated interest in clean energy litigation and practice before public utility commissions.
• Excellent research, analytic, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to public interest work.
