Director, Service Desk

Earthjustice is a leading nonprofit environmental law organization dedicated to protecting people’s health and preserving the environment. This role, the Director, Service Desk, will be responsible for all aspects of service desk operations, including strategy, staffing, performance, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office days.

• Develop and implement the overall strategy for the Service Desk.
• Lead a team of Technology Support Analysts.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk.
