Senior Attorney, Northwest Regional Office

Earthjustice is seeking a collaborative and experienced Senior Attorney to join their Northwest Regional Office in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on accelerating the shift towards electrification of goods movement, the transportation sector, and the associated industries. This position supports a just transition to clean, affordable, and reliable energy, working with clients and regulatory agencies to navigate legislative and court challenges.

Requirements

• Law school graduate and state bar admission.
• At least seven years of relevant litigation and advocacy experience.
• Excellent research, analytic, writing, and communication skills.
• Background in energy law (public utility proceedings, climate laws, Clean Air Act strongly preferred).
• Experience advocating before state regulatory boards/agencies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
