Earthjustice is seeking a Senior Audience Program Manager to lead development of strategy and analysis of audience segmentation and donor lifecycle marketing across Earthjustice’s digital fundraising program. The role is responsible for developing and optimizing multi-channel engagement strategies that deepen donor relationships and increase long-term value.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and marketing technology
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel for reporting and data management
- Proven ability to translate complex issues into compelling, accessible communications
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and respond quickly to new opportunities and developments
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff to meet shared cross-team goals and appreciate the contributions of others
- Ability to give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive, and respectful manner
