Sr. Datacenter and Network Services Engineer

This role involves ensuring the highest levels of service availability and performance for a customer-facing ISP services and network by resolving maintenance requests. The engineer will monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade network devices and infrastructure. Responsible for incident investigation, reporting, and collaboration with senior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• One of the following certificates: CCNP routing and switching, CCNP Data Center, CCNP Security, CCNP SP
• CCIE R&S Written, CCIE SP Written
