Business Relationship Officer

As a Business Relationship Officer at East West Bank, you will play a key role in managing and retaining existing customers, cultivating new relationships, and growing assets, loans, and deposits. You will work with internal business partners to facilitate connections with customers and provide specialized financial needs. We offer ongoing training to expand your business knowledge, digital acumen, and build long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, admin or finance
• 3+ years in commercial lending and or/consultative relationship sales role in a related industry with proven sales track record
• In-depth knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products
• Strong sales and service skills including prospecting and networking
• Proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships, and delivering results
• Strong financial acumen and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to latest information and technology platforms
• Strong desire and capability to influence, educate and connect team, partners, and customers to technology
