Client Services Manager

East West Bank is seeking a Client Services Manager to provide excellent client service, promote services, and drive growth. This role involves managing customer requests, increasing client satisfaction, and growing profitability through referrals and cross-selling. The position requires a proactive approach to digital banking solutions and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Requirements

• Manage queue and provide client services through efficient and customer-friendly services
• Proactively identify and digitize banking services and banking solutions
• Manage clients’ requests and ensure service level is in line with bank standards
• Assist team in achieving sales targets through referrals or cross-selling
• Develop service procedures, policies and standards
• Build and maintain relationship with clients through our digital platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
