Job Description
East West Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to manage and retain long-term customers, assess their financial information, and recommend products and services to meet their needs. This role involves strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills within a digital banking environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred); Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service, teller, sales, and MLO experience within the banking or financial service industry.
- Series 6 and 63 investment and life insurance license.
- Strong financial acumen and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales and service including prospecting and networking.
- Strong familiarity with branch technology and mobile banking.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
