Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service, teller, sales, and MLO experience
• Series 6 and 63 investment and life insurance license
• Strong financial acumen and communication skills
• Proficiency in sales and service, including prospecting and networking
• Strong familiarity with branch technology and mobile banking platforms
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer-service skills
• Adaptability to new processes and technologies
