Requirements

• Facilitates behavior programs for individuals with severe challenging behaviors based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Conducts functional behavioral assessments and experimental functional analysis
• Provides parent education, develops and delivers specific intervention activities, and functions as a liaison between the organization, families, community, therapists, health care providers, etc.
• Leads and/or attends staff meetings
• Prepares and provides specialized training and materials
• Ensures associate responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities are clearly defined and understood
