Job Description
Clinical Supervisor, Severe Behavior Services at Easterseals Southern California. Facilitates behavior programs for individuals with severe challenging behaviors based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Conducts functional behavioral assessments and experimental functional analysis. Provides parent education, develops and delivers specific intervention activities, and functions as a liaison between the organization, families, community, therapists, health care providers, etc.; supports both center-based and home-based services and operations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- 5 years of professional experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) as an individual contributor in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
- 1-3 years supervisory experience.
