Job Description
The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Lead in maintaining the community's physical integrity. Responsibilities include repairing HVAC systems, scheduling preventative maintenance, managing assets, and ensuring resident safety. Shift work, including weekends, is required, and the position can be full-time, part-time, or contract.
Requirements
- Experience/Knowledge of HVAC certifications
- Proficiency in tools including hand and power tools
- Knowledge of relevant laws and EPA/OSHA regulations
- Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, reaching) with moderate strength
