Requirements
- Experience in fleet planning, aircraft/engine or other high value asset procurement, commercial negotiation, engineering, finance/modelling, or complex project delivery
- Strong project management, communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, self-starter approach to problem solving
- The ability to manage internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when working with large, complex contracts
- A university degree (ideally in a technical, finance or commercial/contractual domain)
- Experience in one or more of: contracts and negotiations, technical/engineering environments, finance, modelling or analytical roles
