Job Description
We are seeking a Fleet Planning and Procurement Manager to join our team in Luton. As a key member of the Fleet Planning and Procurement team, you will play a central role in both the planning and procurement sides of the function, supporting the day-to-day population and management of the aircraft fleet plan, developing and enhancing tools and models that support fleet decision making, and leading high value, high complexity procurement negotiations and contract management.
Requirements
- Experience in fleet planning, aircraft/engine or other high value asset procurement, commercial negotiation, engineering, finance/modelling, or complex project delivery
- Strong project management, communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-starter approach to problem solving
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when working with large, complex contracts
- University degree (ideally in a technical, finance or commercial/contractual domain)
- Experience in contracts and negotiations, technical/engineering environments, finance, modelling or analytical roles
- Ability to learn quickly and build strong relationships
