EasyLlama is a company transforming the HR compliance industry with engaging and interactive training solutions. They are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Requirements

• Lead and manage a team of 7–10 Account Executives to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
• Drive consistent pipeline execution, deal progression, and on-time deal closure
• Coach reps on core sales fundamentals, including discovery, qualification, deal management, and closing
• Partner closely with the VP of Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to improve execution and revenue outcomes
