Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience building and launching production-grade software in SaaS or similar high-scale industries.
- 3+ years demonstrating success managing remote teams (5+ engineers) in dynamic, international environments.
- Proven experience working in high-growth startup environments.
- Strong portfolio of shipped web applications with significant AI-driven features or tooling.
- Expertise in modern web development technologies, including Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CI/CD workflows.
