Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, accountant, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations / Payroll Administration roles
• Prior experience in a multinational or mid-size corporate environment
• Solid understanding of HR compliance, payroll cycles, and reporting processes
