Job Description
Eaton's Power Reliability Division is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team at their South Milwaukee, WI facility. The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, directing, and coordinating the site's Continuous Improvement strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, prefer Engineering degree
- A minimum of one (1) years of work experience in a management position within a manufacturing environment
- A minimum of four (4) years of work-related experience with Lean Tools (5S, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Set-up Reduction, TPM, Lean Material Flow and Six Sigma)
- Must be authorized to work in The United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
