Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead the site's Continuous Improvement strategy, deploying Eaton Lean System, Operations Assessment (OpA) and Continuous Improvement (CIF) integration. They will support all elements of the Eaton Business System and the annual planning cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of one year of work experience in a management position within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of four years of work-related experience with Lean Tools
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship
