Job Description
The Engineering Continuous Improvement Manager role involves leading the Continuous Improvement Engineering (CIE) teams supporting the Low Voltage Motor Control Center (LVMCC) and Enclosed Control (EC) product lines. The role requires technical expertise in ECO processes and engineering methods, as well as experience in mechanical design, sheet metal design, 3D CAD modeling, and assembly or installation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Five (5)+ years of experience in mechanical design, sheet metal design, 3D CAD modeling, and assembly or installation
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
- Master’s Degree from accredited institution
- Experience interfacing with internal customers/departments
- Familiarity with object orientated programming languages
- Six Sigma Certification
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing operations
- Previous experience managing others
- Professional Engineering license
