Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Manager

Eaton is seeking a Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Manager to provide supervision and technical leadership to the manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement team. The role will involve developing and implementing processes to improve troubleshooting, driving factory productivity, and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five (5) years engineering or operations experience in a manufacturing environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158)
