Principal Engineer - Power Electronics

Eaton is seeking a Principal Engineer - Power Electronics to lead power electronics design and development, provide technical leadership, and promote engineering excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, minimum 10 years of industry experience in power electronics designs and product development, and 3 years of experience in leading teams or projects from a technical perspective.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in power electronics designs and product development
• 3 years of experience in leading teams or projects from a technical perspective
• Power electronics modeling, simulation, and analysis experience using tools like Simulink, SPICE, or PLECS
• Hands-on experience with power converter hardware development and testing
