Job Description
Eaton's AER MSD Mission System Division is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to manage quality within assigned integrated product teams. The role will lead a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians, establish stakeholder relationships, and provide quality leadership and technical support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of manufacturing experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional management or supervisor leadership experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with root cause problem solving methodologies
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Quality Control systems and techniques
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using AIAG quality tools
