Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Systems Manager to lead our Quality team and ensure continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enforcing Quality Systems, leading teams, and ensuring customer and third-party compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of three (3) years quality experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
- Minimum of two (2) years experience managing direct reports or leading teams
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position
