Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to manage quality within the assigned integrated product team (IPT – value stream) and provide quality function expertise. The role will lead a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Engineering Technicians to ensure Eaton meets and exceeds customer expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional management or supervisior leadership experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Industrial field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with root cause problem solving methodologies, such as (5 Why, 8D, A3)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Quality Control systems and techniques, such as AS9100, ISO 9001, including statistical quality control and inspection and investigation techniques
- Minimum of 3 years of experienced using AIAG quality tools, to reduce variability and mitigate risk (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC)
