Requirements

Proficient in CNC programming
Setup and operate a variety of CNC and conventional machining equipment
Machine and assemble prototype components and devices
Develop production machining processes and work flows
Maintain accurate records/documentation related to quality, procedures, work in process, test results, measurements, labor, and special projects
Maintain equipment, tools, supplies, safety, cleanliness, and organization of the machine shop
Collaborate with product development staff in the design and fabrication of devices and machines
Collaborate with cross-functional groups to support commercial operations
Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and retain skilled technicians and machinists
Provides structured coaching, regular feedback, and development plans that enable team members to progressively increase their technical capability, efficiency, and overall impact on fabrication and production needs
