Fulfilment Coordinator - Sydney

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team in Waterloo NSW. The role involves supporting order handover, customer inquiries, stock coordination, and ensuring a high level of service is maintained with all customer touch points.

Requirements

• Support order handover with accurate data entry and basic validations
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist in stock transfer coordination and ensure order readiness
• Schedule deliveries to optimise routes/timelines
• Maintain data accuracy and update internal systems
• Escalate delays or anomalies to the Fulfilment Specialist
