Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Counsel to support our company's steady growth in the new energy sector. This position will focus on providing comprehensive legal support for our China operations, with core responsibilities including handling complex commercial contracts, supporting major projects, and managing legal risks, serving as a strategic partner to the business.
Requirements
- Full-time Bachelor's degree in Law or above
- Minimum 5 years of legal working experience
- Excellent written English skills
- Strong legal analysis, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
